Driven by her passion for efficiency and simplification, Callan ventured into land investing. She quickly realized that real estate investors needed the kind of transformative change she had been implementing in the corporate world. Witnessing first-hand the inefficiencies bogging down real estate investors— from cumbersome spreadsheet management to inadequate lead generation—Callan founded a company to revolutionize this space. Her firm focuses on automating real estate businesses, enhancing lead generation, and leveraging AI and productivity hacks to create systems that not only support business operations but also promote a balanced, automated lifestyle.
To date, Callan has empowered over 500 real estate investors to enhance their lead generation and streamline their operations.

Outside of her professional life, Callan's passions include cooking, particularly influenced by chef Kenji Lopez-Alt and his book, "The Food Lab." She enjoys grilling (big Kamado Joe fan!), hiking with her dogs, and embracing wellness practices like sauna sessions and cold plunges. Callan hosts weekly dinners with her girlfriends and spends her weekends engaged in continuous learning, visiting farmer's markets, and connecting with a high-impact entpreneurs. A firm believer in the power of mentorship and continuous personal development, she travels extensively to learn from mentors like Taylor Welch & Dan Martell, ensuring she remains at the forefront of her field.
